Aoudad Sheep

THIS HUNT IS OUR MOST PHYSICALLY DEMANDING HUNT AND IS NOT INTENDED FOR THE HUNTER WHO IS NOT MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY PREPARED!

We have two areas for Aoudad Sheep hunting. The first is the very rough, yet very scenic Palo Duro Canyon. The second is in far West Texas, near Van Horn, Texas. Both areas are extremely big country and are very physically demanding to hunt. We spend a significant time glassing and cover a lot of ground on foot. These sheep are among the most elusive big game animals in North America. They have eye sight like an Antelope or Wild Turkey, a nose like a White-Tail deer and live in the roughest terrain there is. All of these things make this hunt extremely challenging. However, our success rate is near 100% and the fulfillment and rewards that come from this hunt are extraordinary! Aoudad Sheep are beautiful animals that make an awesome addition to any trophy room. We regularly harvest rams over 30 inches, though we consider a 27 inch ram an excellent trophy.

These hunts start at $2500.00 and go up to $3500.00 depending on where the hunt takes place. This is a fully guided hunt with all meals and lodging included. We can pick up and drop off at the airport in Amarillo, Texas or Odessa, Texas, depending on the hunt that is chosen. We use hotels and restaurants to provide meals and lodging on these hunts as we do not have lodges in these areas. These prices include everything mentioned above except the shipping of meat and trophies or taxidermy work.
